Each of our products undergoes stringent quality control checks at every stage. We are very particular about this so that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues post-delivery, we will do our best to rectify it and ease your troubles.
All our furniture has a 24 month warranty policy post-delivery. This is restricted to manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by improper usage and normal wear and tear. Please bear in mind that each piece of furniture is handcrafted and hence will not match another piece completely. Thus, a difference in wood grains cannot be considered a manufacturing defect.
In the case of accessories and home décor products, we offer a 12 month warranty on manufacturing defects. We have partnered with top brands in India for all our foam and sofa cushion requirements and hence the warranty provided by them will apply to your cushions. Similarly, all hardware used in our furniture is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In case you notice any damage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 9718-740-740. In case your product is out of warranty, you may still contact us and we will try to help you as much as we can.
We suggest that you are on site when your furniture is being delivered. In the rare case that you feel the furniture does not match your home décor; you can return it at the time of delivery. This is only applicable to non-customized furniture. Once the furniture is received by us and checked, you will receive a refund in the account that was used to pay for the piece.
When taking delivery, please check the piece thoroughly. Though, each piece goes through a astringent quality check before leaving the factory, we would like you not to rely only just our word. If you do happen to notice a structural or quality issue, you may return the piece within 15 days of delivery. The product must be free from any damage caused by the user. Returns are not applicable on customized furniture.
In the case of a product being returned, our team will come to your site, inspect the piece for wear and tear and pick it up. You will be charged a nominal return shipping and restocking fee for the same. This amount varies piece to piece. The remaining amount will be credited to your Vedic Woods account and you may use the same to buy something else from us.
Furniture bought during a clearance sale may not be returned. Return conditions vary for all other promotional events and sales and will be mentioned at the time. Our warranty however, is always applicable.
In case you notice a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the piece free of cost for you. For this, a team will be sent to your site. Furniture will be replaced only if it cannot be repaired. In the event of the design being out of production, we will take the piece back and give you store credit.
